One of our St Catherine's parents, Laura El-Hani, works across a number of Telstra's retail stores in Queensland and has let us know about some clearance prices available on a range of iPad 4 models that she would like to make available to St Catherine's parents. These offers will make outright purchase of your child's iPad for 2015 much more affordable. As you can see from the list below, some of these iPad 4 models are even less expensive than purchasing the iPad 2 which is a much older model. Most of these models will make outright purchase more affordable than hiring an iPad through the school, even over a two-year period. The school will order only one uniform model for all families who choose to hire, at a total cost of around $600 per device, plus a percentage of the interest costs on the school's loan, over three years.

Laura has also offered to have requested models sent to the Mt Gravatt store for your convenience. ReplyDeleteI believe that all these iPads were sold within 48 hours of this post. Laura would have arranged already for families to pick up iPads from the Telstra store at Garden City. If you managed to secure one and have not arranged to pick it up, you can email Laura at the address in the post above. ReplyDeleteThat's funny I sent an email to buy one on the 19th at 10am that's less than 24 hours after this post went up. Have been trying to get in contact not getting any reply. At least now I can look at other options though pretty disappointed. Wish Laura had contacted the people missed out to let them know instead of the guessing game.
